Refund Policy

Effective Date: 5 August 2025

At Lunara Events, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our payment and refund terms.

​

Booking & Payment Terms

​

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 4 weeks (28 days) before the event date.

  • Once the final payment is made, the full amount becomes non-refundable.

Cancellations

​

If you need to cancel your booking:

  • More than 4 weeks before the event:

    • The deposit is non-refundable.

    • The remaining 50% will not be invoiced, and no further charges will apply.

  • Less than 4 weeks before the event:

    • The full payment is non-refundable.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 28 days of the scheduled event.

Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

​

If we are forced to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, severe weather, technical failure), we will:

  • Offer a full refund of all payments made, or

  • Work with you to reschedule the event or find a suitable replacement, where possible.
