Welcome to Lunara Events. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.lunara-events.co.uk, and our DJ and event services.

By accessing or using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Services

​

Lunara Events provides DJ and event entertainment services for private functions, corporate events, weddings, and other occasions. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Details of your event, including dates, times, location, and specific requests, must be confirmed in writing via email or booking form.

2. Bookings & Payments

​

• A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent.

• The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your confirmation (typically no later than 7 days before the event).

• Late payments may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

​

• Client Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • More than 30 days before the event: Deposit may be refunded at our discretion.

  • Less than 30 days: Deposit is non-refundable.

• Lunara Events Cancellations: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all monies paid and make reasonable efforts to help you find a replacement.

4. Changes to Bookings

​

Any changes to the booking (e.g. venue, start time, setup access) must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or availability accordingly.

5. Event Conditions

​

• The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is suitable for the services provided (e.g. power supply, shelter, space for setup).

• Lunara Events reserves the right to stop or cancel a performance if safety is compromised (e.g. aggressive behaviour, unsafe equipment conditions, or extreme weather at outdoor venues).

• Any damage to our equipment caused by guests or venue staff will be the responsibility of the client.

6. Liability

​

Lunara Events is not liable for:

• Delays or disruptions caused by venue access issues, third-party suppliers, or force majeure events (e.g. severe weather, illness, power failure).

• Any personal injury or property damage incurred during the event, unless directly caused by our negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

​

All content on our website—including images, branding, text, and promotional media—is the property of Lunara Events and may not be used without permission.

8. Use of Website

​

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or harmful activity. We reserve the right to restrict access or take legal action against misuse or unauthorised use.

9. Privacy

​

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

10. Changes to Terms

​

Lunara Events reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
